Your services may have an issue

My Sky App  keeps telling me  they've detected an issue with my Sky Q box but when I go to 'fix issue' it asks me what the issue is. Well, I don't know because it seems to be working fine to me. How can I find out what issue is being detected? All help appreciated. Thanks

eing honest unless you can see you have a problem with your box/boxes then if the app tells you there is a problem i'd ignore it a few have had the same as you and it seems it's a glitch in the app

I have exactly the same situation which has been going on for several weeks.  I am now simply ignoring it. Good luck!!!!

Re: Your services may have an issue

It's very unreliable imho.

I do have a problem. I suspect the LNB has cooked in the heat waves and I have no satellite signal.

MySky is currently telling me everything's OK. Fortunately it did detect a problem for long enough for me to be able to book an engineer online saving me having to call them.

As @Laing1 said, if you can't see a problem, ignore it.
