Yesterday (and others) On Demand Not Available

HI,

I'm a long time Sky user who and has the Entertainment, Films, Sport & UHD subscriptions. This obviously includes the ability to watch the Yesterday channel. However when I try to use the On Demand option to view older programmes it says I don't have the required subscription with no further explanation.

Is On Demand access different to viewing "live"?

Can you access this content in SD ?

I can't see an option for SD (it's an episode of Great British Railway Journeys) and I presume they're in HD. I'm not overley concerned that I can't do this but I'm mainly wondering why my subscription doesn't let me do this.

Can you try changing your default downloads to SD:

Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences - change to SD.

Then see what happens.
