Wrong prime account on Sky Q how can I change it

Amazon Prime was put on my Sky Q system by a visitor. I now want to change the account holder to myself. How. On the Sky television Amazon always opens in the visitor prime account and I can find no way to change it.

Hi @BrendanUK 

If you already have your Own Prime account then you should be able to completely log out of the Account on the Q box and log back in with your Own details.

To Sign out :

Left Arrow to highlight Left hand Menu Bar

Tab down to Settings

Right Tab to bring up Settings Menu

Tab Down - Last entry is Sign out

I also have this issue and cannot work out how to reoslve it

 

In the Amazon Prime Video app on my Sky Q box there is no way to log out - when I press the left arrow nothing happens

 

It is virtaully impossible to get any help from Amazon unfortunately

The advice given above is correct, if you are not seeing the sidebar, you are not following the guide correctly 

I am just another Sky customer!
