Hi,
I believe that ITV HD Border Scotland launched this week for Scottish viewers.
I always received ITV HD Border England, as I live south of the Border, but sky 103 has been replaced with ITV HD Border Scotland, which is the wrong region.
Anyone else noticed this, and is it ITV or Sky which deals with this issue?

There are three Border regions
12 Border England/Caldbeck - should show ITV Border England
28 Winter Hill & Caldbeck - should show ITV Border England
36 Border Scotland/Caldbeck Scotland & Selkirk - should be ITV Border Scotland
When ITV1 Border Scotland HD was launched this week Sky put that channel on to region 12 (the other two regions show the correct region). You will be able to tune in the correct HD region manually using the add channels function on the programme guuide until Sky realise their mistake and correct this (this may not be done until the new year now as I believe the EPG has now been frozen until the new year, save for the occasional name change). But if you email them they may make an exception for an error of this nature.
Border England can be tuned in using the following details: 11068V 23000 3/4 DVB-S2 8PSK

I only noticed last night early evening when there was a Scottish programme on at 7pm as English viewers don't get this.
The EPG has always been shown as ITV1HD and that was for Border England, however it is the same EPG name ITV1HD for Border Scotland.
We should get 12 Border England/Caldbeck however EPG name is just ITV1HD.
This could be the confusion, causing the wrong region being changed.
Can any Sky employees assist me with this issue.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@JOHNN26 You would need to call Sky regarding this as regions are postcode based.

Have spoken to Sky, who has resent the channels to my box which takes 24 hours, although I'm not convinced this is going to solve the issue.

After speaking to Sky yesterday, it still remains the same issue.

Anyone who has this continuing issue can you please email ITV Viewer Services.
Sky has informed me that I needed to contact ITV about this.
ITV are looking into my issue but I think they just think I'm the only viewer affected, and it's my viewing card that's the issue, which isn't the problem.
