Sky q mini have all up and running now but no sound.I have sound by useing the tv button  but none on the remote .

With the mini on and working
Try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Hi oddfela have done it all at the finish it tells me tv  not compatible and to use the tv button for sound but for a year it worked on the remote any idea

Hi Have you tried Other brand category?

Most LG brand should have found it though; but worth trying
