Won’t tune in

My mini box says it is connected to my sky box and internet. But for an hour now the message reads if logging on for the first time leave for a few minutes. What do I do now

@CMD62 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

rebooting the mini box
