Won’t let me download show?

Hi, 

I'm subscribed to all channels except kids.
I have just tried to download the show Predators on the nature channel and it says on the screen "press red button to upgrade and watch Predators". 
As I said I'm already subscribed and can watch the channel and others like discovery etc but why would it tell me to upgrade to download the show itself when I already have the package?

Try changing your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

But I pay for HD? So wouldn't that just defeat the purpose of paying for it?

It's still saying the same thing even after I've changed to SD.

Yes - Sorry for not checking - it is just that is the most common cause we see here.

Not Sure what your problem in this case may be

No nor me. I've downloaded it once before to watch but deleted it due to memory. So no idea why it won't download again.

Just had a further thought - Predators is availble in UHD - if you don't have UHD make sure you select the HD version

So this is very strange. Used the voice remote and it came up, pressed on it to download from here and it's fine?! Baffled but spend most of my time being baffled by Sky!

Yeah it's always on just HD as I don't have UHD. But sent you a reply the same time you answered. 
For some reason it's worked using it via voice control and it's playing now. Weird!
