Wires loose
Wires loose going into wall there has being loads of missing channels for a month

If you mean loose coaxial cable at a wall box, that would be one reason why Sky installers prefer to run the connection directly from dish to box, avoiding any such junction.
If this is on a communal system, they might choose to deny any responsibility.
