@Rossanna+baez+lib theoretically it's possible, but I'm not sure that you would gain anything. You would still need an HDMI cable from your Sky Q to the wireless transmitter, and another one from the wireless receiver to your TV?
I tried a wireless transmitter/receiver a few years ago and reception was terrible. You only had to move in your chair for the picture to become distorted. Of course, they may have improved since then.
