Wifi card in sky Q box not working correctly

The wifi card is not working correctly. I have done a speed test through netflix via sky Q and its only showing 15. A BT engineer confirmed speed from router of 150. He said there's an issue with skyQ wifi card. Its a brand new Sky Q box and I had the same issue with a previous box.

There's no 'card': it's an integrated chipset and antenna.  WiFi cards were typically used in the expansion slots on older desktop and tower PC mainboards, or the PCMCIA slot in a vintage laptop.

Its a brand new Sky Q box

The most recent Q model is from late 2019: at this point in time it's unlikely that any Q hardware is 'brand new'.

Wouldn't that rather suggest a local environmental issue is at play?
