WiFi connection Sky Q

My Sky Q box keeps disconnecting from WiFi. I have reset the box, the WiFi and have it split into 2.4ghz and 5ghz. It's happened 8 times today alone!! Currently having to watch Netflix on my smart TV which is staying connected fine. Any ideas?

We also have this problem - have tried everything suggested on this forum but to no avail.  We are not getting the service we are paying for.

I wonder, too, why 'Sky Assistant', which purports to be 24/7, is not available whenever I try to use it...

 

Also an admin. question - why can't posts here be corrected?   There is no edit function for typos, etc.
