Sky simply cannot stop a channel from broadcasting either, you need to take you issue up with the channel itself.

 

I fail to see how  you think Sky are cashing in with no accountability, of course Sky are not accountable, they have no control over 3rd party channels, which is essentially around 98% of the channels on the EPG.


Of course Sky are accountable, they are hosting the service on their platform and providing a link as part of a commercial arrangement.

Again not Sky's responsibility, it is DAZN you need to take this up with, would you blame Sky for BBC issues?  Would you blame Sky for ITV issues?  By your logic they are responsible for every single channel that is on the platform?

 

Using the same logic Smasung, LG, Amazon Firestick  etc who all host the DAZN app should be held responsible too?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If Sky display a message on screen saying scan this code to pay for an event to watch on Sky and the event doesn't then work then yes I would reasonably expect some accountability from both DAZN and Sky as they have a commercial arrangement to display this service.  Your examples don't consider that this is a commercial arrangement between the two companies so there should be a level of accountability.
