Why is series link not available

Why do some series not have a series link option? Current season of Hudson and Re on alibi. Went to watch last nights episode, only to find it wasn't in my recordings or scheduled. Found it for next week, but there's no series link option. I know I can download last nights option, but the subtitles don't work on downloaded episodes.

This is driven by the metadata supplied by the TV channel.

 

Best to email Viewer Relations : viewerR@Sky.uk giving full details of the Programme/ Channel day & time scheduled.

they should be able to contact the channel owners

 

It seems Alibi is missing a few and  I, also, missed that one for Hudson & Rex myself, although I did spot it missing for Murdoch Mysteries on Thursdays

Yeah, I've noticed it a few times, mainly with alibi. I'll send an email to that team. Thanks for the reply

I see the new series of Hudson and Rex is back next Sunday on U&Alibi, but again has no series link. I'll email the Viewer Relations Team later today. It'll take some getting used to the new Detective Hudson.

Thanks. I had seen it was back soon. Although I'm not sure I'll watch the new series. Not fussed on the new Hudson, and how they treated John was wrong.
