Why do I need to return my mini sky box

I have received notification to return my sky mini Q box and am uncertain a to why

I changed my contract in November to reduce my bill but was never advised I'd need to return equipment to do this

Normally that's because of cancelling your Multiscreen subscription or Sky Q in full.

As Sky own your main Sky Q box and the mini one should you cancel something like multiscreen then the mini box does have to be returned to them.

 

To return it you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

My reply and your second post crossed. Did you cancel Multiscreen when you changed your subscription? If so, that will explain the request.
