Perhaps submit an image of an example which will show in a post once we've moderated it.

A classic example of greenwashing can be seen in this week's edition of "Fake of Fortune" on BBC One (Series 13 Episode 5) . Most of this programme was shot back in 2017 when colour was normal and BEFORE greenwashing became fashionable
Stay with the programme right to the end and you will see that tagged onto the back end of it is a more recently shot pay off by Fiona Bruce in which the green colour content has been artificially boosted - heaven only knows why.
I think tv viewers have got a right to see undistorted natural colour. The BBC and ITV - the prime offenders - should stop messing around with it.

Hi @David++Jones I have just scanned through it, especially the end and I have absolutely no "green wash". Just natural colours.

I've just had a look through this episode and see nothing wrong with the colour grading whatsoever. It's a high end BBC show which goes through a full post-production process and then has to pass a QC check before transmission. If there were any colour anomalies then it would be rejected and the producers would have to re-grade it.
Perhaps you should contact the colourists listed on the credits - Jon Howard and Arun Hall (colourist at Gorilla Post Production) and perhaps ask for some advice on the best picture settings to use on your TV.

I can't see any difference in the episode of Fake or Fortune and this supposed green tint is not something i've ever seen mentioned before on this forum or others.
