Why are all the apps I pay for not showing as available options on my 2nd multiroom box? I can only see Sky and U&Alibi/U&Gold

To check & refresh softwareversion & apps,  if needed follow all the steps on this link (skipping any that are OK):

Please note that the step to refresh apps often does not action immediately and may take several hours before it does
