Why am i being charged cancellation

I have moved and taken my sky package with me yet I'm being sent emails saying I have to pay cancellation charges I have not cancelled I have taken them to my new address

Did you Move Home with Sky @Melwith ?

ie

do they know you have moved to a new address?

Yes I have rung and changed everything over my broad band was activated on the 9th and an engineer called today to set up the tv so I'm confused why I'm being charged cancellation fee when iv brought the package to my new address

You need to speak directly to Sky @Melwith
