Afternoon,
SKY box Q.
My menu Apps selection had Netflix. Disney, Prime, Youtube, BBC, ITV, Paramount
+ more in few rows.
Since Friday 22nd of March - All of them were gone with comment:
"Sorry, there are currently no programmes of this type available.".
Funny thing - all of the apps are available by SKY glass in bedroom.
Also by TV apps access .
I've been refreshing Apps twice now (Settings, 0.0.1 - over the weekend)
Resetting sky box at least 10 times, resetting Network, Broadband, refreshing Software - I think I did every trick I've found via google - Hardware version MATCH Software version.
Still nothing. No apps available.
Any ideas?

Ou... Ok.
In that case my 2nd half messed it up deals and subscriptions...
Goal was to extend SKY for 3rd contract - but then - I've noticed SKY glass coming into bedroom.
I've made it clear I'm not giving up box from living room by the benefit of SKY glass in bedroom.
Understood - It may all be related to mixed up over the phone and deals

You say you have Sky Glass in the bedroom. Is this being used with a Sky Q mini box?

Hi, Yes - part of the account/subscription.
We have SKY glass since mid Jan ...and till 22nd March everything was fine (box & glass).
I've been watching some SKY box app at 22nd March around.... 2am.....
When tried again around 11.... Nada - all gone, nothing there.

Do you have a Sky Q subscription or a Sky Glass subscription?

I'd say "Sky subcription" - 3rd year
And since mid Jan SKY_Glass - but without downloadable content (which is normally on SKY Cinema for example)

If you have taken a Sky Glass subscription with Sky then your Q subscription is automatically ended.
You cannot have Sky Q and Sky Glass subscription at the same account address..
'If you have a Sky Glass subscription all Q equipment will be requested for return to Sky as it was only rented for the duration of your Sky Subscription.
