When will i receive my multiroom box

Hello i ordered multi room and its been added to my account but i havent had an email to confirm when i will receive my minibox pkease can you tell me when i will receive it. Thanks. Paul CT.

@PaulCT81  You may have ordered multi room but did you also order a Sky Q mini?  There is nornally a charge for these.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @PaulCT81   Just in case you are not aware, this is a community of customers, not Sky customer services. Some posts do get escalated but it may be quicker to phone.

If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

@PaulCT81   You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Its all sorted now they cancelled and re ordered the multi room and mini box so will be with me in 3-5 days .
