When will I get my engineer visit

I have an engineer visit scheduled for today, but I haven't had a call yet so I'm trying to find out when they will turn up

This is mainly a customer helps customer forum so you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services. Sky agents probably won't know how previous jobs are progressing even if they could narrow down which engineer has been assigned your issue.
