When watching Comedy Central on my Sky Q the TV screen goes black?

This issue only appears to happen when I watch Comedy Central on my Sky Q box. It also happens when I watch Disney+ on the app? (The Disney+ issue has been raised by someone else on this community?)

Ever get a resolve on this ? Mine does the same in the adverts between friends. Doing my head in trying to work out why it's doing it

No still not fixed and I've tried doing everything sky said that hasn't resolved it. I will be going back again to them and see what's next, but in all honesty just been too busy at work. Keep everyone posted. 👍

Did you ever get a reply om this.  As it happening with me too.  Disney plus actually turns the tv off tho.
