When turn Sky Q box it's on a black screen

I turn my Sky Q box on current on a black screen and no TV is coming on. I have restarted the router and checked all cables are inserted correctly and fixed. Still not getting Sky live TV.

Hi @Lee2390   Have you tried power rebooting both your TV and Sky Q box, once the TV is back up and running.
