What's wrong?

My TV is going off for hours. We have contrary messages. Either can't read viewing card or your not connected to the Internet. It goes off for hours, then comes back on Anybody got any idea ? Have obviously tried all recommended methods to resolve. Thanks

@---David have you tried taking the viewing card out and giving the chip on the card a wipe with a dry lint free cloth
