What is the latest Sky box or upgrade available

I currently have a Sky Q box is this the latest and is it 4K compatible

There are different models of Q box. Some are UHD compatible, some are only HD compatible. Some are UHD and HDR compatible. Find out which you have by looking at the hardware version number and comparing it with the chart on this page:

All main Q boxes apart from the original 1TB (2016-2019) are capable of UHD. 

 

The 1TB from late 2019 onwards is UHD/HDR.

 

The original 2TB (2016-2017) can do UHD but not HDR.

 

All Q Mini boxes are HD.
