I have received a text asking me to return equipment. It doesn't say which equipment. How do I know what it's referring to?

Thank you. I have now spoken to them and sorted it giving details of the returned equipment. They've asked me to ignore the message and any further ones that may come and said that I would not be charged. Thanks again for your responses and escalating it.

Sky TV and have returned the equipment and had confirmation that it has been received.
