Since Outage my TV no longer works

Sky had a huge outage on Tuesday night and since they have resolved it my TV no longer works!!! I just get a blank screen I cannot even access any menus to try and remedy the issue, I have tried contacting Sky but everything seems to be down and none of the  numbers work, Not sure what I need to do?? I am not happy that I should be paying for a service that I cannot access and it now appears I will need to buy a new TV as my LG one seems like its packed in.

Any ideas or anyone had anything similar?

@Salts

Skys numbers are still working although probably busier than normal due to that outage and a new iPhone being launched. Sky can't be held responsible for your TV packing in if that's what you're suggesting.

If you need to call Sky then if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

Similar to calling a lot of large companies the start will be an automated response which may try to send you back to the forum.

The first thing you need to do is figure out if the problem is a faulty TV, a TV on the wrong input source (which is what it sounds like to me) or a faulty Sky box

an internet outage is extremely unlikely to have caused any of these but it happened the same day as lightning storms.
