Weird framerate glitches on “Hounds of War”?

Hi

Anyone else watched this yet (in UHD, don't know if it matters) and noticed some weird janky framerates at times? Like in the opening aerial shot over Valetta, as the camera passes a building to show a black police van, the building in front of it jerks across the image. Then 5 minutes in, the "6 months earlier" as Frank Grillo walks down the airport stairs, the same thing?
