Our sky keeps malfunctioning, disconnecting, have to keep rebooting.

@KironMurphy can you expand on your boxes keep malfunctioning, are you getting any error messages and what boxes are disconnecting 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Just to note that you are talking to other customers.  Anyway, I doubt Sky will simply send you 3 new boxes - that would require an engineer booking to investigate.

 

But, as above, explain the issue in more detail - we may be able to advise further...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

It's incredibly unlikely that three boxes have manufacturing defects, but note that if the main box is struggling then its client Mini boxes almost certainly will too.
