We have the entertainment package are we entitled to discovery+ and paramount with our package as w

Hi as I am aware the package we have includes paramount and discovery+ as we can't seem to log on to it. I think we have the entertainment package. I hope to hear from you soon.

You should be able to subscribe to Discovery Plus here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-discovery-plus

 

You need to subscribe to Sky Cinema for Paramount+ https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-paramount-plus

hi @Claire1186 

The Entertainment base package is now a few years old but I still think you probably can get discovery +  but I am not 100% sure of the requirements

 

Paramount + is only availble if you subscribe to SKY Cinema

 

BTW the latest base package is Signature

I couldn't find anything that says that Signature is a prerequisite.

 

But if the OP is on Entertainment then they are paying list price without discounts.

All Customers get Discovery plus included but it needs subscribing through Sky Marketplace.   See following link.

To get Paramount plus free on Sky you need to first have Sky Cinema in your Q subscription.   If you have Sky Cinema Paramout plus also needs Activation.  See following link.
