on your main Sky Q box go to Settings > Watch on Sky Q Mini Box > Reactivate.

I believe this should force the mini boxes to reconnect to your wifi network and pair back with your main q box

Hi @elliebudd Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, do the same with any Mini boxes?

@elliebuddAlso keep in mind you can only use 2 minis at a time with Sky Q.  You can have up to 4 but only 2 can be in use at the same time.  Might be unrealted to your issue but just to point that out.
