Watching sky issues

I have Wi-Fi to my box, I can use my Netflix, prime and Disney+. What I can't do is watch sky channels or download any programs on my skyQ

Hi @Mattfoxx 

Looks like you have no satellite signal.

I have satellite signal, I can access the main menu and select a channel but then nothing happens. If I restart my sky box it will work fine for about 20 mins, and then if I want to change channels, it starts all over again. I can't download anything from catchup or on demand......very very frustrating
