I got offered £10 off my package, £71.50 down to £61.50, two days later,still showing in billing as £71.50, so they don't honour their deals, so going to cancel Sky.
It can take a few days for changes to be reflected in future bills.
Out of interest, did you initiate contact with Sky or did someone call you? If the latter are you 100% certain it was Sky?
