Waiting for installation - no aerial cables just screw-in cables? Can't watch basic channels!

Moved house and there're screw-in cables instead of standard aerial to connect to tv while we wait two weeks for sky etc to be installed. Any solutions until then? Think previous owners had sky...

That suggests a satellite dish feed rather than a terrestrial aerial, so is no use for the DTTV tuner built in to Glass.

You could try obtaining a small indoor DTTV aerial which may work in a strong signal area.

Or if there's actually a dish, obtaining a Freesat 4K receiver or recorder and connecting that to Glass over HDMI is an option.

Note it has to be a '4K' branded box to function through a Sky Q LNB: where a dish happens to have a Sky+ LNB then older Freesat equipment (or an eBay Sky+ box) will work.
