WIFI Dropping Out EVERY Day

Since being sent an EE Router, the WiFi started dropping out. It's now EVERY day. Unbelievably annoying.

@BigBeardy63  What have EE said if they are sending a new router?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Apologies, I've misled you. I already have the EE Router, I was told I had to have one to continue to receive BT Sport. The issue is, since receiving it, it keeps disconnecting from my Sky Q box....

Try turning off wifi band steering

 

or turning off 5GHz completely. (Or give it a different SSID so the sky box doesn't know about it)


or use ethernet

 

or use powerline adapters
