Volume level very low when watching programs through BBC iPlayer
If watching a program through the normal BBC channels the volume is fine, but if you switch to iPlayer (for example when using the Sky "watch from start" feature (which switches to iPlayer) the volume drops by about 10 to 15 points (out of a max of 100 on our external sound system)
