Volume control

Hi there

just got a new sky q remote but it would seem the volume not working- the virtual assistant said press 7&9 hold for 4 flashes but it still not working- we can hear ok but can't silence or turn up/ down 

sorry just to add voice control not working either

Hi @Dibb 

You need to do all the following to correctly pair your remote.
With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

@Dibb Try resetting your remote.
Press the buttons 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes twice then follow onscreen instructions to repair the remote.
