Voice command only shows HD options - why

Hello

i have sky q without Hd. When we search for something (specifically a kids show) it k it brings up a HD option, which to play we would have to pay an upgrade, but, we can manually go to the same channel and select the (non-HD) program. Why? Why won't the search give us the options available within the confines of the package we have already paid for? Feel like a scam (or maybe some sort of settings issue)?

Thanks

hi @ollyw77

Try changing  your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences
