My Sky Q Voice activation does not fully work.
It will change the channel but will not find programmes I get the message . Sorry your voice command didnt work . Please try again.
I have changed the batteries in the remote "Re Paired " it an switched the Sky box off overnight to see if that helped but it didnt.
