Netflix doesnt work 90% of the time. We have tried everything anyone know why we get the wheel of d

Everyone we try and watch netflix we get the wheel of doom.  We only get to watch netflix 10% of the time.

We have tried hoovering all the ports turning everything off 

Anyone any ideas why it doesn't work? All other apps and broadband are working fine
