Vodafone connection issue

Does anyone else struggle with sky q and connecting to Vodafone router mine constantly losses connection two engineer visits and still no improvement.

We have just moved to Vodafone BB, and same thing Sky Q box will only say connected to router but not connected to internet! 

Did you manage to fix the problem yet?

Sky won' t get an engineer to us until 20th Feb '25!!
