If you have an Apple device with Sky Go you can set up a virtual remote to control your Q boxes.

Unfirtunately the Virtual remote on SKY Go is still not availble for Android (or other non ios) devices

Thanks guys. I am andriod and it was a temp thing whilst waiting on my new remote.
