I am on the basic package but still able to record and watch a programme on my Sky Q box.
my problem is with viewing some channels, particularly ITV 2.
I can watch the channel live if I select it from the TV guide but if I record anything from this channel I can't view it at a later date. I get a pop-up stating that I will have to press the red button to upgrade so that I can view the programme. I also get the same message if I try to watch it on catch-up!
what is wrong?
