Hi @jacquiline+dale It is not clear, are you installing a replacement box, or is this a brand new installtion? If it is a replacement then the chances are you left it in your old box. I this is the case you will have to contact Sky and request a new viewing card. Brand new installations are performed by Sky installers, not users.
