Viewing card

I got a viewing card with my Sky Q box and the engineers couldn't get it to pair up. Sky then sent another card and it's not pairing as well. Tried online methods didn't work. I even tried calling Sky team but the 58 minutes didn't avail any solution other than being asked the same thing over and over again.
