Viewing card

My sky box is not recognising the viewing card. It is saying 'please ensure the correct viewing card is inserted with the chip facing up'. I have switched it offf a few times and disconnected it still showing same message.

@Katie+V take the card out and give the chip a rub with a soft cloth then re-insert the card
