Viewing card
We have just received a new sky Q and Dpd driver took old box with our viewing card in !! Can we please have a new card asap please

This is mainly a customer helps customer forum so you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services on here.
This is a regular error I'm afraid but you will have to call Sky and order a replacement which will come via Royal Mail.
