Hi @Azmat+bibi 

If you are waiting for Q install Viewing cards are normally posted out to you a few days before.

If you have just replaced your Q box you should have kept the card from the previous one.


Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
