Viewing card

Hi I phoned last Friday to order a new viewing card and was told I would receive it the next day, still waiting. I have phoned and was told 3-5 days. What is going on?

Next day is always unlikely I would have thought but 3-5 days sounds more like the timescale you would receive it in.

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.

Thanks for escalating this. We’ve sent netty26 an invite to chat, however if it is likely that the card is still on it's way as a card replacement is 3-5 working days.
