Try taking it out, cleaning it with a soft cloth and reinsert it.

 

if that doesn't work you will need to contact Sky for a replacement.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Loub123 if @PandJ2020 suggestion doesnt work You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet
