I have a message- viewing card not authorised. Sky cancelled their appointment with me to fit Sky Q. And now this. My next appointment isn't for another week. How can they cancel my card when they delayed the appointment?

@E+gold where are you putting your viewing card as if Sky aren't coming until next week to install Q what box are you putting your card in 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Hi, I haven't changed anything. Just the old box with the old card. I don't think I have a new card or if it would work in the old box?
